Racing on the Downs had been an attraction at Epsom during the spa period. It continued and was given a great boost in 1780 when The Derby was run for the first time and became the most famous horse race in the world.

Billy’s attention to detail in his craft is fantastic. He humoured all of my daft questions and went above-and-beyond to accommodate our needs including thoughtfully working around toddler sleep times when possible. Billy always left the house and site clean and tidy.
Chiara project managed the off-site side brilliantly. She’s been easy to get hold of and quick to respond. Chaira helped us with everything from amending technical drawings, submitting applications and coordinating with our neighbours to ensure everything ran smoothly.
