How has the loft conversion changed your family's lives?

Absolutely, it is our sanctuary, I love how quiet it is and away from the noise in the rest of the house. It is a relaxing space and it has made the house feel so much bigger.

At what stage of the project were you most pleased?

When the bathroom was completed, as I was worried about it being too small but altitude work together with us to maximise the space available and it is so much better than I imagined.

What were you most worried about prior to the project commencing?

We were worried about the disruption to us and our neighbours but disruption was minimal.

Were the timescales provided met and within your expectations?

We were working to extremely tight timescales to get completed before Christmas and they finished exactly when they said they would.

Did Altitude Lofts stick to the quote provided prior to the works starting?

Yes, the quote was met 100% and any additional costs requested by us were agreed up front

How would you rate Altitude Lofts?

I would rate Altitude very highly and recommend to anyone, the whole team are very helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble.

From the initial consultation, we felt comfortable that Billy and his team would deliver the loft room that we were looking for.

"From giving them the go-ahead, scaffolding was up within a week and they started work the next day. The speed of the build was amazing, the builders didn’t miss a day and the other tradesmen that came to do their parts were very polite and knowledgeable, they were always happy to discuss what they were doing and make recommendations. Emma and Chiara were also brilliant and always on hand to answer questions.

Overall, we are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Altitude lofts - if you are considering this company don’t hesitate!
