I was really pleased at how quick the first stage went, before we knew it the staircase was up!
What were you most worried about prior to the project commencing?
We were worried about overruns and legalities with planning. this all went smoothly and any cost variances were dealt with.
Were the timescales provided met and within your expectations?
Yes, the build was very quick.

Yes, although would have been good to know what types of things I had forgotten to budget for.
