How has the loft conversion changed your family's lives?
It has transformed our house and given us the extra space we really wanted. We've been able to make better use of the existing bedrooms for our children, visiting guests, and creating a home office. Our new master bedroom is spacious, light and airy and we love it!
At what stage of the project were you most pleased?
When the stairs were in and the plasterboards were up - it allowed us to really see the space for what it was and how it integrated into the rest of the house.
What were you most worried about prior to the project commencing?
That the vision we had in our heads would work out, but we need not have worried as Billy & Emma were great at helping to translate our ideas into reality, as well as providing lots of ideas from their previous builds.
Were the timescales provided met and within your expectations?
Yes - when we signed the contract they gave us an expected start month and build duration, both of which were adhered to.
Did Altitude Lofts stick to the quote provided prior to the works starting?
Yes - there were no surprises or hidden extra costs.
How would you rate Altitude Lofts?
We would give them the highest rating and recommend them to anyone, they were simply fantastic throughout.
Billy the owner handles every consultation and design meeting himself, and it’s great to know that he is involved in every one of their projects.He gave lots of ideas and showed photos from other projects, and worked with us to design exactly what we wanted.
Emma was our dedicated project manager throughout, keeping us well informed on progress and answering any queries very promptly.
Altitude only work with high standard tradespeople and high quality product, and the build and finish of our loft is outstanding.
Our new top floor is a dream come true, they have transformed our house!
