Billy Boylan
Billy has extensive experience within the Loft Conversion industry. He started his career building loft conversions and carried this on for 17 years until Altitude Lofts was formed. He has since moved on to undertaking design appointments with new clients and ensuring quality control is upheld on each active build site.
Billy is a perfectionist and has a real passion for every single loft conversion we undertake, so you can be sure your project is in the right hands.

Chiara also has a wealth of knowledge on both the build and pre-build side, having worked with some of the most well-known loft conversion companies within the industry prior to forming Altitude Lofts.
She now oversees every aspect of each project, from the contractual stage to the architectural drawings and submission to council, providing party wall advice, allocating the perfect build team, taking care of company accounting and much, much more.... She'll be with you every step of the way to answer any questions and ensure your project is stress-free!

If you want to see how the project is developing in more detail, you can check our Client Portal, which is a password-protected online gateway where you can see all the key information about your project in one place. This grants you access to key documentation, photos of your build and project milestones, so you can track the progress of your loft conversion from your phone, tablet, or computer.
